We are connected to over 1000 financial institutions worldwide, allowing us to centralize a range of global and local payment methods, on one payment page.Job Description:Develop and nurture long-term relationships with Zota’s merchant accounts by maintaining consistent communication through various channels, including email, phone, video calls, and face-to-face meetings, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities while upselling payment solutions and services to Zota’s existing merchants.Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
