- MBA preferred
- 5+ Years in Medical Device sales, marketing, business development, market development or global marketing preferability in the Surgical space
- Ability to understand technical and clinical aspects of business.
- Strong understanding of the surgical device market (hernia, Hemostats) and key trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Refined ability to influence cross functional teams with authority.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects.
