What the role is:Drive manpower demand-supply projections and manpower analysis to support manpower planning of the social service and early childhood sectors.What you will be working on:
  • Develop the overall data strategy and oversee the analysis of key manpower and salary trends. • Conduct the annual Manpower and Salary Survey with Social Service Agencies and to present and analyse the key manpower trend analysis. • Review manpower projection and methodology of key professionals in the social service and early childhood sectors to more effectively plan for manpower pipelines. • Collaborate with other government agencies, training/education institutions and MSF/NCSS divisions on data-driven approach to effect policy reviews and scheme redesign. • Streamline data sources across relevant ministries and agencies.
What we are looking for:
  • Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics or equivalent analytics fields, or relevant work experience in data projects is preferred. • Strong analytical, systems-thinking and conceptualisation skills. • Strong data skills (including data management, analytics, visualisation). • Proficiency in following software is preferre Excel, Tableau, R Studio, SAS, Python. • Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable working with people of all levels and able to build good collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Effective team player with good team and project management skills.
