Job Scope:
  • Be part of the procurement team who will be responsible for upholding proper procurement governance and achieve best value for client's purchases. You will ensure that the government and client's procurement policies and guidelines are applied accordingly and maintain high standard of integrity and transparency.
  • Review quotation and tender documents for publication to ensure compliance with client's procurement policy and guidelines;
  • Review quotation and tender evaluation reports to ensure value for money, fairness, transparency and compliance with client's procurement policies and guidelines;
  • Improve outreach, conduct training and facilitate dialogue among the procurement community for the client;
  • Undertake studies of supply markets and proactively source and engage suppliers;
  • Advise and guide departments in their daily purchases of goods and services, based on the procurement rules and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in government procurement work
  • Preferably familiar with Instruction Manual (IM) on Procurement and GeBIZ system.
  • Tech-savvy, meticulous with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, especially in Excel.
  • Performance driven, adaptable and a good team player.
  • You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time
