- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge

- Acts as primary liaison between PMO, Project team and Business stakeholders, ensuring successful application implementation including planning, data conversion, application configuration, process workflow analysis, enhancements, quality assurance, user documentation, training, and ongoing production support
- Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
- Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank's Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk

- Proven track record of delivery of complex projects
- Extensive analytical and organizational skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment

- Proven Vendor Management Experience
- Ability to understand complex application data models and functional process flows
- Experience in leading teams while being hands-on
- Experience managing rollout and implementation of multi-location platforms such as Core Banking in APAC
- 12+ years' experience in business/technical analysis or process re-engineering with experience leading analysis on complex business/technical initiatives
