The Proposal and Sales Enablement Analyst supports the Work Dynamics Proposals team with the coordination and production of proposal responses whilst working with stakeholders across the wider pursuit team (including sales, solution management and pricing leaders). It has an additional layer of responsibility in terms of supporting the Head of Proposal Management to coordinate the delivery of the JLL sales enablement program in region and working with colleagues globally to compile sales enablement intelligence and reporting.

Proposal Management:
  • Assisting in Proposal Development: work alongside the more senior proposal managers to support the development of proposals. This includes gathering and organizing proposal materials, such as resumes, project descriptions, and other relevant documentation.
  • Proposal Coordination: help in coordinating the proposal process. This involves creating and maintaining proposal schedules, setting up the Teams channel for each opportunity, tracking deadlines, and ensuring that all contributors meet their respective deadlines.
  • Research and Analysis: conducting research on potential clients or projects, including gathering information on industry trends, competitor analysis, and client requirements. This information helps in tailoring proposals to the specific needs of clients.
  • Proposal Writing and Editing: writing, editing, and proofreading proposal sections or supporting content. This may also include contributing to the development of standard proposal templates and boilerplate content.
  • Pitch/Presentation Support: either collating or designing PowerPoint slides for client pitches, including using the JLL Journeys platform to convert slide decks into interactive materials.
  • Communication and Collaboration: facilitate communication and collaboration among various teams involved in the proposal process. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Junior proposal coordinators help ensure that proposals comply with client requirements, including formatting guidelines, submission instructions, and evaluation criteria.

Sales Enablement:
  • Independently running JLL's sales enablement strategy in Asia Pacific which includes:Maintain the tracker of open/closed sales opportunities and follow up with the sales lead to initiate and close the win/loss debrief with the client
    Tracking and reporting of number of open vs. closed debriefs and provide explanations of why debriefs were not carried out
    Provide input to global sales enablement team for quarterly and annual Win Loss Program reports
    Prepare, as required, presentation material that highlights why we won or lost sales opportunities to senior leadership and sales collaborators

    Act as the communications manager for the regional Solutions & Proposals team in terms of:Running the quarterly Townhall program in collaboration with team leads to define the agenda, gather content from speakers, format and refine presentation content, and support the actual townhall in terms of presenting the deck, issuing invites and wrap up emails etc
    Own the Pitch Perfect newsletter series which is released every second month and requires significant cross-business and cross-team collaboration to ensure all inputs are received, reviewed, restructured (if needed) and manage the distribution list of this newsletter
