Job Profile

The PDS Technical Solutions Lead, APAC is responsible for leading solutions development for all global/regional PDS RFPs or multi-X RFPs with substantial PDS scope & opportunity. They work closely with the regional PDS sales team, PDS SMEs and APAC Sales Head to secure new accounts for APAC.
  • Grow win-rate (go/no-go, solutioning and closing) for MSAs and Account clients across APAC
  • Develop creative solutions by deeply understanding client needs, leveraging the JLL platform, and thinking beyond the standard
  • Build deep understanding of JLL capabilities across APAC and globally to apply this knowledge while solutioning Operational:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of PDS' capabilities & licenses across APAC
  • Develop a thorough understanding of differences in definitions of service types (Principal, Managing Contractor, etc) across US, EMEA and APAC
  • Prospect and engage with clients to position PDS 'front-of-line' for upcoming opportunities
  • Collaborate internally with Accounts, PDS & WPM/IFM, Consulting, Research & Technology to be able to build best solutions for clients using the full width and depth of the JLL platform

Coordinate with the wider sales community to synergize for common pursuits Tactical:
  • Track and stay well versed with market/industry trends and technologies (design, materials, construction tech & tools, etc)
  • Participate in relevant events/organizations (new products, technologies, etc)
  • Build strong relationships with decisionmakers and influencers Experience
  • Direct client facing experience leading pursuits
  • Hands on experience working across multiple countries in APAC (preferable)
  • Strong working knowledge of Project and/or Construction Management
  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience in APAC with a multi-national CM, PM or Design firm
  • 15+ years total minimum work experience
  • Professional qualification in project / construction management or design or equivalent is preferred and a plus Skills
  • Has strong capability in both written, verbal & "visual" communication and is able to articulate well across all grades of stakeholders especially during in-person/virtual interactions
  • Has strong solutioning capability (ability to translate conversations to build technical solutions)
  • Must be highly analytical & organized
  • Has strong knowledge of and experience working with Power Point and is a an experienced and capable presenter Attributes (Behavioural)
  • Client Centric - keeps client interests paramount at all times
  • Process Oriented - proficiently manages data & information in a continued manner
  • Flexible & Open - open to change, has learning agility and is intellectually curious
