ERI@N hosts multiple Interdisciplinary Research Programmes and Living labs that facilitate large-scale technology deployment, enabling validation and demonstration of real-world applications.
The role seeks a dynamic Project Manager to lead the Sustainable Built Environment research programme. This multidisciplinary initiative integrates engineering, architecture, urban planning, policy, business, and social impact to drive sustainability advancements in the built environment. The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset and a background in product design, industrial design, entrepreneurship, policy research, or urban planning. They will bridge technological innovation with policy and market applications to ensure research delivers real-world impact.

The Project Manager will oversee research projects, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule and within budget. They will collaborate with agencies, NTU researchers, and companies to align research outcomes with national interests. Responsibilities include guiding the development of innovative products, assessing the impact of regulations and economic trends on research, and organizing workshops to foster innovation.

Job Requirements:
- Master's / PhD degree in Project Management, Industrial Design, Architecture, Environmental Science or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experiences in built environment projects and/or multidisciplinary research.
- A bachelor degree with minimum 8 years of relevant working experience will be considered
- Familiarity with Green Mark or equivalent green building standards. Strong understanding of environmental policies and market trends.
- Experience in technology commercialization, industrial design or sustainability driven business models.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and data analytics tools. Proficiency in simulation and/or design software is advantageous.
- Competent in data visualization, scientific writing and workshop facilitation.
- Ability to work independently and have an open mind to work across functional domains
- Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
