- Ensure timely processing of invoices and billings, proper tracking of expenditure and revenue and liaison with finance.
- Handle marketing administrative duties such as Purchase Orders, Licence Agreements, etc.
- Support the team in mall-wide campaigns and events to enhance customer experience, drive footfall and increase tenant sales.
- Support the team's efforts to drive revenue for casual leasing such as atrium and advertising spaces.
- Provide customer service support in ensuring shopper and casual leasing enquiries are attended to in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain good relationships with tenants and garner their participations in the mall's marcom activities.
- Collaborate on Group-wide marcom initiatives as required.

- GCE 'O' Level / ITE / Diploma Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar capacity, preferably in a shopping mall or retail environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details and self-motivated.
- Ability to effectively handle high-volume workload, concurrent projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in systems and Microsoft Office.
