The Senior Executive, Recruitment will support the HR operations relating to recruitment of administrative positions for the University. This includes the end-to-end recruitment, ensuring alignment with fair employment practices and creating a positive candidate experience. The Senior Executive is to ensure the delivery of services within stipulated Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and be involved in process improvement projects.

Service Delivery
Manage end-to-end cycle of recruitment activities:
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various employment portals to attract qualified candidates.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition (TA) team and HR Business Partners (HRBP) to streamline the interview process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and TA team on Workday processes regarding candidate interviews to ensure timely submission of interview feedback and evaluations.
- Conduct thorough background and reference checks for prospective candidates.
- Ensure completeness of candidates' applications and required documentation.
- Monitor probation periods and coordinate with HRBPs / Hiring managers to conduct performance reviews to complete the employees' probation and confirmation process
- Organise and maintain candidate files for governance.
- Prepare and issue letters of appointment, confirmation, and other relevant HR documents.
- Update and maintain candidates' profiles and hiring records accurately in the Workday system.
- Support other adhoc assignments/projects undertaken by the team
Requirements
- Diploma in Business administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related discipline with 4 years of experience, OR
- Degree in Business administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related discipline with 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication, planning, organisation, interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to handle high volume of transactional works and to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of common HR practices and Employment related legislation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word and Excel)
- Positive attitude with a service-oriented mind-set
- Proficient in WorkDay Recruitment Module is an advantage
