- Provide Global HR business partner to support functions which include establish/maintain effective working relationship/partnerships with key internal stakeholders, recruitment, employee relations, coaching, grievance handling and employee counselling and discipline processes
- Lead and supervises the team pertaining to all HR matters such as payroll, taxation, training & development etc.
- Serve as a bridge between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and resolve work-related problems
- To provide advisory and support to Appointed Common Contractors
- Lead and execute HR projects not limited to including change management, succession planning and ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Lead Company wide training program for all employees
- Lead Compensation & Benefits scheme and processes such as salary & benefits survey, job benchmarking, salary controls, remuneration and grants
- Support harmonisation of HR policies and SOP
- Oversee of HR policies and procedures and ensure company practices are compliant with MOM rules/regulations
- Oversee of Compensation & Benefits schemes, including payroll backup when necessary
- Leads the planning and execution of the Performance Management cycle, salary and bonus review
- Lead all internal and external audits
- Check and approve regional office payroll
- Manage full spectrum of mid-level to high level recruitment and exit processes for all staff
- Conduct talent acquisition, liaise with external recruitment agencies, direct job position i various recruitment website
- Screening of candidates' resumes, preparation of salary proposal and employment contract
- Manage off-boarding cycle such as conduct exit interview, retrenchment exercise and repatriation of workers due to disciplinary issues
- Coach managers and employees on HR policies, labour laws and best people practices
- Liaise with business leaders to identify the learning and development needs
- Coach and supervise the team on learning and development matters including and not limited to Talent Retention Programme, Graduate Attachment Programme and ISO documents are in place
- Management of organization training budget to ensure efficient utilization and management of professional development funding when applicable
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions
- Provide guidance and advise for office management/maintenance.
