  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

To achieve its mission, HDB aims to be data-driven to the core and adopt evidence-based decision making in developing better housing policies service, improving service delivery and optimising operationsWhat you will be working on:We are looking for a self-motivated user experience designer to join the Information Services Group that leads the research, design and development of enterprise-wide ICT solutions in HDB. You will be responsible in the research and design of the end-to-end user experience for HDB's digital services, providing thought leadership and evangelism on design thinking and human-centric design. You will have the opportunity to work in cross-functional teams to implement design ideas into prototypes and products.What we are looking for:
  • A strong background in Human Computer Interaction, Information Technology, or related field of study • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer or related • Strong online portfolio of past works demonstrating expertise in creating user-centric designs including concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems • Experience in planning and conducting user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability test), analyse quantitative and qualitative data and communicate insights • Experience with UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and mobile responsive designs • Experience in HTML, CSS3 or JavaScript and how they inform design and interaction decisions Good to Have: - Great Attitude to bring the best out our team - Team Player; we work together as a team - Ability to work effectively in a team setting - Good problem-solving aptitude and an analytical mind with a business acumen - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Autonomous - Take ownership Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract in the first instance.
