- Best Practice Implementation: Drive and implement best practices for the eProcurement process (Source-to-Pay), ensuring streamlined and efficient workflows.
- eProcurement Ecosystem Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of the eProcurement ecosystem and actively promote its adoption by walking-the-talk, ensuring practical, hands-on application of eProcurement solutions.
- Pre-Sales & Estimations: Lead pre-sales activities, including defining project scopes, preparing proposals, providing estimations and engaging with customers and key stakeholders for leading eProcurement solutions such as Ivalua.
- Asset Creation & Demo Environment: Design and develop assets, including demo environments, to effectively showcase the capabilities and benefits of the Solution to potential customers.
- Customer Engagement: Present and engage with senior stakeholders, such as Head of Procurement, Chief Procurement Officer and Chief Information Officer to demonstrate the value of solutions and how they can transform procurement processes.
- Training & Capability Building: Develop and execute a plan to train and mentor internal resources, enabling the creation of 3-4 proficient eProcurement consultants within 3-5 months.
- Delivery: Lead the eProcurement solution delivery from inception to deployment and maintenance. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to successfully lead and deliver eProcurement implementation projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
Job Requirements
- More than 5 years of proven experience in eProcurement, with a focus on the Source-to-Pay process
- More than 5 years of expertise in designing, solutioning, and implementing Ivalua, Coupa, or similar market-leading eProcurement platforms
- Strong pre-sales and estimation experience, with a track record of successful proposal delivery
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and procurement leaders
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and build internal capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget
- Proven track record in the successful delivery of eProcurement solutions
- 3-5 years of experience working in consulting organizations (highly preferred)
- Experience in working with and delivering outcomes for Singapore Public Sector customers
- Experience in implementing Ivalua, Coupa, or other procurement platforms in a customer-facing role
- Prior experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams in an eProcurement environment
- Prior experience in building and growing a strong practice for emerging markets
- Prior experience in Go-To-Market strategy, incubating consulting and services offerings, and working alongside sales teams to convert opportunities
