  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

ALG is currently hiring Certified Welders for our client based in Singapore. This role is an exciting long-term contract position with us.Our client is renowned in the aviation industry for aerospace manufacturing, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft engines.Job Responsibilities
  • Operate welding machine/equipment, such as Miller Syncrowave 351 AC/DC TIG welding machine MRO back shop.
  • Perform bench repairs and pressure checks per technical manuals. - training provided
  • Perform various bench repair works such as blending, inserts & broken studs removal/replacement. - training provided
  • Interpret rework dimensions & understand the requirements from technical blue - prints.
  • Inspect work using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Assist line supervisor in their daily operations to achieve production targets, corporate goals and discipline.
  • Actively support and participate in EH&S, Quality, Ethics and Continuous Improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Perform various other duties as assigned by Cell IC/Workshop Engineer/Manager.
Job Requirements
  • Able to speak, write and read English.
  • Minimum GCE 'O'/'N' level and preferably with Skill Certificate in Gas Tungsten Arc Welding.
  • Aerospace, manufacturing or welding experience is a plus. No relevant experience may apply.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management.
  • Possess high level of integrity and accountability with a strong drive towards Quality.
  • Able to work on weekly rotating shifts.
  • Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position.
