Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, identifying new business opportunities and potential risks.
  • Generate new sales leads and prospects, establishing and expand client base by acquiring new accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry, including restaurant owners, chefs, and purchasing managers.
  • Manage and update CRM system to ensure accurate and complete client information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations and procurement, to ensure smooth order fulfillment, timely delivery, and excellent client support.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and maximizing profit margins.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and showcase products.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Strong connections within HORECA industry will be advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and proactive with a passion for driving business success.
