Job Description:

We are seeking talented and experienced Robotics Engineer with expertise in robot trajectory planning and mobile robot navigation with proven track record of delivering projects. The candidate will play a pivotal role in developing smart robotic solution, ensuring they perform efficiently and intelligently. Experience with robot vision and/or ROS 2 (Robot Operating System) is an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement advanced trajectory planning algorithms to optimize manipulator movements and achieve collision-free motion in various applications. Applying in-depth knowledge of manipulator kinematics to improve motion accuracy, flexibility, and task efficiency for robotic manipulators.
  • Design, develop, and implement advanced motion planning algorithms to optimize mobile robot movements
  • Building of simulation models to enable seamless collaboration among mobile robots in multi-agent fleet operations.
  • Support integration of machine learning techniques, including deep-learning methods, to enhance robot control and decision-making processes, making our robots more adaptable and intelligent.
  • Applying computer vision and image processing techniques to improve robot perception and object recognition capabilities.
  • Continuously research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and methodologies to improve robot performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and researchers, to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of code, algorithms, and project progress, facilitating knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in manipulator trajectory planning and mobile robot navigation.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Matlab.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and present technical findings.
  • A passion for robotics and a desire to stay updated with the latest developments in the field.
  • Strong commitment to solving technical challenges in the field of robotics, approaching obstacles with a positive and determined mindset.
  • [Good to have] Experience in open-source machine learning techniques, with knowledge of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and/or PyTorch for building and training neural networks
  • [Good to have] Experience in fleet management
