  • Identify and actively pursue new business (hunting) opportunities within the HoReCa sector.
  • Convert accounts under the incumbent's current portfolio.
  • Conduct prospecting and cold outreach to potential clients within the hotel, restaurant, and catering industries.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Account Management & Relationship Building:
  • Manage and nurture existing key accounts, ensuring long-term growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strengthen relationships with decision-makers in HoReCa accounts and position the company as a trusted partner.
  • Customize product and service solutions to address client needs effectively.
Sales Target Achievement:
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share and maximize revenue in the HoReCa industry.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
  • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to refine strategies and product offerings.
  • Utilize market knowledge to position the company as a preferred industry partner.
Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
  • Share market insights, customer feedback, and recommendations with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications & Experience:Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Additional certification in business applications or data analysis is an advantage but not mandatory.
Technical & Functional Skills: * Strong commercial acumen with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Work Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the HoReCa, foodservice, or hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with Away-from-Home product offerings, competitive landscape, and customer portfolio in the HoReCa sector.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
