  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Company

My client is a growing company in the Software industry, keen to hire a hands-on and driven talent to oversee the full spectrum of Finance & Accounting portfolio. The successful candidate is someone flexible, able to get hands dirty and ready to build things from scratch.

Requirements

  • MUST: SaaS industry experience
  • Ability to handle full spectrum finance responsibilities including finance operations, reporting, tax, business partnering, cash flow management
  • Start-up company experience can be helpful (ability to work in a lean and growing set up)
  • Important: Tech savvy with ability to implement tools to improve efficiency, build processes and drive process improvement to existing manual processes
  • Traits: Hands-on, flexible, switched on, able to roll up one’s sleeves, ready to build things from scratch and drive improvement initiatives, composed & ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Budget

SGD 12,000 – 15,000 per month + Bonus

The Role

As the Finance Director, you will manage the full spectrum of finance & accounting responsibilities in a lean company structure and the portfolio includes finance operations, reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, tax, cashflow management, audit etc. You will work closely with in-country teams and cross-functional stakeholders in driving strategic activities to support in business performance and expansion. You will be able to build things from scratch, offer value creation, and provide finance expertise in areas such as identifying opportunities and risks, investor relations.

You will closely support the senior leadership team, as well as manage expectations and positive relationships with Board of Directors, shareholders, and cross functional head of department. You will also evaluate current processes and proactively drive streamlining and improvement initiatives, as well as aspects relating to internal controls and system implementation. Working in a lean set up, you need to be equipped with team management experience as well as the ability to be hands-on.
