  • Training Needs Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills within the organization.

  • Curriculum Development:

  • Video tutorials
  • Utilize multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video) to enhance learning experiences.
  • Instructional Design & Development:
  • Apply instructional design theories and models to create structured and engaging training programs.
  • Develop storyboards and scripts for multimedia content.
  • Ensure all training materials are user-friendly, accessible, and adhere to industry standards.
  • Assessment & Evaluation:
  • Create assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Analyze training outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement evaluation processes to gather feedback from learners and stakeholders.
  • Support Operations:
  • Assist in the implementation and management of learning management systems (LMS).
  • Provide support in organizing and facilitating training sessions, both virtual and in-person.
  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting for training-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of training programs into daily workflows.
  • Liaise with vendors to oversee their deliverables whenever there's a need to augment the development of contents.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and training.
  • Propose innovative solutions to enhance training effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Continuous review and update of training materials to ensure they remain current and relevant.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and validate content.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders.
  • Document relevant processes and maintain records of training development and implementation.
Minimum requirements:
  • Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development
  • Ability to navigate learning management systems
  • Proficiency in course development software (e.g., Articulate, Storyline360, Adobe Captivate, Toonly)
  • Clear and effective curriculum-planning skills
  • Basic understanding of HTML and Flash
  • Excellent project management skills
Skills/qualifications:
  • A degree in instructional design, education, or a related field
  • Ability to use instructional materials and resources effectively
