We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Data & Analytics Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will assist with various talent acquisition and HR processes, contributing to the seamless functioning of our department. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, data analysis, and process automation. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will also immerse yourself in Early Career events.

You will support:

  • Analyze HR and business data to identify trends and relationships, using appropriate analytics techniques.
  • Review and analyze weekly status reports and ATS/HRIS dashboards to facilitate the applicant tracking process by working closely with regional colleagues.
  • Provide support and analysis for the weekly headcount reports and ensure other reports are ready in a timely manner.
  • Support the Group Resource Management process by analyzing resource allocation data to ensure that talent is allocated according to project/business demands.
  • Generate insights from Group Resource Management data by transforming and analyzing datasets using Python and other tools.
  • Complete ad-hoc data and analytics requests as needed, contributing to various Talent Acquisition / People Supply Chain projects.
  • Create, maintain and analyse dashboards for Early Careers team, providing insights and visualizing key data points to enhance decision-making.
  • Handle sensitive data with an emphasis on data privacy and security.
  • Participate in and support campus/early career events and recruitment fairs.
  • Be a proud "NCS Talent Ambassador" to expand our internal and external branding.

A little about you:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics or related fields.
  • Self-starter who is eager to learn new things.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and organized.
  • Excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
  • Enjoys working with Advanced Microsoft Excel, preferably with extensive knowledge in VLOOKUP, pivotable, Power Query, etc.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate, Power BI, RPA, and SQL/programming languages (R, Python, etc) has an added advantage.
  • Responsible and ensures assigned tasks are completed.
  • Proactive and open to learning.
  • Meticulous and produces high-quality work.
  • Ability to multi-task.
