  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The GIPS team is comprised of a diverse range of nationalities and backgrounds.We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our GIPS team as an Associate/AVP. The candidate will support senior colleagues in deal evaluations as well as on strategy and risk projects. This role will be based in Singapore.What will you do in this role?
  • Deal Evaluation: Develop an independent view of deals and underwriting.
  • Strategy: Development of Investment Strategy recommendations and Risk-Management Policies.
  • Portfolio: Monitoring and Evaluating Portfolio through analysis and forecast of economic, property and financial market trends.
  • Insights: Undertaking investment related research.
What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?
  • At least 2 - 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a buyside, investment banking or PE ringfenced consulting role.
  • Ability to work well in teams and with different stakeholders, with maturity and confidence.
  • Strong investment judgement skills with an interest in Real Estate investment and research.
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and succinctly especially in framing issues and conveying insights.
