  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers on incoming queries, ensuring timely and effective execution of customer orders, handling stock allocation, processing of delivery orders and invoices.
  • Play an active role in delivering service excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction and provide consistent quality customer service.
  • Handle claims received from customer.
  • Handle office reception duties include attending to incomings calls and faxes.
  • Liaise with forwarders to arrange pickup, fumigation, perform bookings and advise shipment details to customers.
  • Prepare documentations relating to Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit shipments, etc.
  • Proper keep and filing of import / export documents.
  • Responsible for any other general admin duties.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
