Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Program Development Engineer to design, develop, and optimize test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed Signal products on advanced ATE platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug first silicon, characterize devices, and ensure seamless production release.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and debug test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed Signal products on ATE platforms (Advantest 93k - SmarTest 7/8, Teradyne UFLEX).
  • Work closely with design engineers to support first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring-up, and production release activities.
  • Debug digital vectors such as JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, Functional, and Mbist.
  • Perform device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage, Temperature) corners.
  • Characterize Mixed Signal IP (e.g., ADC, DAC, PLL) and provide detailed analysis.
  • Oversee test program hand-off, production release, yield improvement, and test time reduction.
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Foundry Engineering teams to address and resolve technical challenges.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Communication Engineering.
  • 5-8 years of experience in semiconductor testing, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience on Advantest 93k or Teradyne UFLEX/iFLEX platforms.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying ATE SoC programs from NPI stage to volume ramp stage.
  • Strong programming and debugging skills in Java, C/C++, Visual Basic, Perl, Python, or similar languages.
  • Hands-on experience with statistical analysis software packages and techniques for quality and reliability testing.
  • Solid understanding of analog and digital electronics.
