  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Register patients and schedule appointments for check-ups.
  • Update and file patient records and distribute reports.
  • Responsible for billing and cash collection.
  • Carry out crowd control during peak hours
  • Do simple triaging.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Possess experience in frontline service (retail / F&B / healthcare / customer service).
  • Prior experience as a Patient Service Associate in the healthcare industry is advantageous but not a must.
  • Posses a positive, willing-to-learn attitude
