We are developing an exciting KOL Video Optimization Tool that uses AI to analyze video content, audience reactions, and help influencers create the best-performing videos. If you are passionate about building impactful products, have a solid technical foundation, and want to lead the development of a game-changing tool, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead product development: Design, build, and scale the video optimization platform, from backend to frontend, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • AI Integration: Implement machine learning and AI tools for sentiment analysis, content recommendations, and audience behavior prediction.
  • Product Management: Own the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure smooth collaboration with external vendors (UI/UX, marketing, etc.).
  • Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate external freelancers and agencies to ensure timely delivery of UI design, content, and other non-technical components.
  • Innovation: Use your creativity and problem-solving skills to quickly iterate and adapt to new trends in the KOL and AI space.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Full-Stack Development Skills: Proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask) or Node.js, and modern front-end frameworks (React/Vue).
  • Data & AI Knowledge: Experience with machine learning, NLP (e.g., sentiment analysis), and AI model integration.
  • Project Management: Strong ability to manage a remote team, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in Product Development: At least 3+ years of experience in a product-focused technical role, ideally with a blend of engineering and product management.
  • Passion for KOL & Marketing: A keen interest in influencer marketing, social media trends, and how AI can optimize content strategies.
