Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the technical support team to deliver solutions for customers and distributors.
- Coordinate marketing efforts and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and support distributors sales efforts.
- Monitor market trends, feedback, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in channel sales, distributors development, or B2B sales within the power equipment or industrial equipment sectors for >5 years.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to effectively support a network of distributors.
- Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to develop and support distributors within the region.
