What the role is:The Corporate Services section in Corporate & Finance Division consists of three teams: Asset Management, Administrative Services and Policies. The key responsibilities of the Administrative Services team are as follows: -provision of corporate services -general office administration -management of office equipmentWhat you will be working on:-Drive implementation of new processes/systems related to Administrative Services -Review existing processes and implement IT solutions to improve efficiency of services provided by Administrative Services Team -Manage vendor onboarding requests from HTX divisions and related matters -Manage Administrative Services contracts, which include but not limited to: • Source and procurement of services • Manage contract with vendors • Manage user accounts • Check transactions • Analyse and provide insights on utilisation trends and highlight potential red flags -Manage user accounts for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, vending machines and room-booking panels and analyse trends of usage -Any other matters as assignedWhat we are looking for:-Minimum DIploma in any field -Experience with doing administrative work and government procurement will be an added advantage -Possess good writing and communication skills -Responsible team player who is organised, meticulous, self-motivated and has initiative -Able to work well with people and team regardless of levels and diverse groups from different organizations -Able to work within tight deadlines. All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
