  • Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies to achieve sales objectives, setting budgets and targets in conjunction with relevant head of sales
  • Initiate and prospect for new clients, building a robust pipeline of opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relations.
  • Quotations, pricing are carried out by internal team members, throughputs, and gross margins to achieve sales targets, and provide updates and analysis on sales performance, reporting to the head of sales
  • Work closely with Operations, and other internal teams to maintain performance and implement strategic objectives, and maintaining account reviews.
  • Review outstanding debtors and ensure actions are taken to address them, and analyze lost or missing business to agree on actions with relevant team members.
  • Ensure sales tools are used and maintained, completing reports accurately, and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • With at least 3-4 years of working experience
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding and ideally selling experience in competitive markets both in air and sea freight
  • Good communication and presentation skills, including excellent organizational, telephone, and writing skill
  • High degree of self-confidence, initiative, and commitment
