  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Summary:

  • Responsible in supporting management to achieve software revenue growth aligned to company targets.
  • The role aims to enable and facilitate timely order management processes to achieve high standards of customer satisfaction in close alignment with the company’s business strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end software ordering and payment processes.
  • Work as the main contact window between APAC region subsidiaries (OpCos), suppliers and business team to resolve issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Other ad-hoc duties and activities.

Requirements:

  • NiTEC / Diploma
  • At least 2 years of working experience preferably in Order Management
  • Customer oriented, meticulous, independent, pro-active and a team player.
  • Fast learner, good interpersonal and good communication skills.
  • Able to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to adapt to multi-cultural and fast-paced work environment.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Experienced in Oracle system is preferred.
