Associate/Assistant Manager, Client Solutions Office

(with an opportunity to move to Fixed Income Team as a Junior Analyst after 2 years)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact for clients’ requests and attend to clients' inquiries promptly
  • The person should become familiar with our process, systems and data such that information can be extracted to respond to client’s queries
  • To understand, keep updated and relay the clients’ requirements and/or any changes to our internal teams
  • To assist internal teams in understanding, obtaining relevant information from the client/s, highlighting issues where necessary, for the clients’ investment/funding needs
  • Work as an effective liaison between various departments of the client and our internal teams
  • Assist in preparing client reports in accordance to clients’ review meetings and other requirements
  • Handle other client solutions duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Pre-requisites:

  • Relevant Degree, preferably with a focus in Finance or Business
  • Self-starter and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player
