  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Charterhouse, Singapore are supporting an established MNC in their search for an Assistant HR Manager to be based at Pasir Panjang location and the candidates should be from a large SME or smaller listed company.

Reporting to the regional Head of HR, this person should be strong in Regional Talent Acquisition within Engineering and be able to support end to end HR.

Responsibilities

  • Leading regional Talent Acquisition for technical Engineering and corporate roles (approx 20 live requisitions)
  • Manage end to end recruitment including sourcing strategies, candidate experience, offer management and negotiations
  • Work pass applications
  • Generate and manage Employee Engagement via surveys and initiatives
  • Oversee Talent Management and development and help to drive the retention strategy
  • Manage Learning and Development and identify skills gaps and training needs
  • Manage performance and work closely with the stakeholders to identify development needs
  • Assist with Compensation and Benefits projects where needed
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding.
  • Ad hoc tasks where needed as designated by the Regional Head of HR

Attributes

  • Ideally IHRP qualified and posses a degree in HR or relevant field
  • 5-10 years of HR experience
  • Strong talent acquisition experience
