What the role is:1. Lead for SNB Licensure Examination a) Co-ordinate and oversees the conduct of SNB licensure examination (LE), in Singapore and overseas: • Liaise with HR personnel and relevant external parties on eligibility of nurses to take LE • Liaise with SNB Registration Officers • Brief Chief Invigilators on the conduct of SNB's LE • Act as Chief Invigilator as required • Ensure integrity of LE exam papers • Liaise with NYP for RN Exam papers & Test questions • Releasing of Exam results b) Develop and update Standard Operating Policies and procedures on SNB's LE processes and systems c) Management of RN and EN Test Plans, Specifications and Test Banks • Facilitate review of test questions in collaboration with SNB Educators and LE Committees • Facilitate item analysis of exam papers following marking/grading 2. Lead for SNB Continuing Professional Education Professional Registration System (PRS) • Coordinate with internal and external staff to enhance PRS for CPE based on feedback from end users • Monitoring of Mandatory CPE for nurses/midwives for the renewal of Practicing Certificates 3. SNB Education Secretariat role and functionsWhat we are looking for:We are seeking candidates with qualifications in Teaching/Education, preferably with a Masters, and who are registered Nurses with the Singapore Nursing Board. Candidates should have minimum 5 years of nursing experience, 5 years in nursing education and at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and networking skills are required. Candidates must be able to work independently and in a team with good management and leadership abilities, attention to detail, and with a commitment to confidentiality.
