Responsibilities:
- Manage, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Ensure the health, availability, and security of server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers.

- Provide Level 2 technical support, troubleshooting server, application, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for reliability and efficiency.

- Maintain server redundancy, data availability, and service continuity for business operations.
- Document configurations and incidents, and generate system health reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage outsourced vendor deliverables.
- Provide limited Level 1 support.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- 5+ years of system/server administration experience.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, VMware, and familiarity with Azure or AWS.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional) preferred.
Work Schedule:
- Includes on-call rotations and occasional weekend support.
