Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop a system strategy plan and implementation roadmap based on the business objectives of the HR Operation team.
  • Understand the core of each system requirement and offer HR solutions from a system-oriented perspective, e.g. Collect user needs, Review Proposal, Vendor management, System Testing
  • Develop and review system project management plans, supervise project progress status and identify risks, ensure that HR Operation system projects are successfully delivered.
  • Cooperate with global and local front-line operation teams to analyze business requirements and evaluate system solutions.
  • Drive the direction of system iteration to ensure that the system and process can serve HR and business operation in the long run.
  • Continuously improve the HR Operation system request management and system project management mechanism.
  • Continuously improve the regional demand analysis and reporting capabilities, and improve the quality of regional system requirements.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above with major in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field.
  • Project Experience in HR or payroll system implementation and HR business processes for large corporations or internet companies.
  • Ability to understand and analyze requirements.
  • Possesses deep insight into business, high sensitivity to data, able to handle complex business models and independently complete configurations.
  • Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills and learning ability.
  • Experience in implementing large-scale system projects such as HCM, SAP or Workday.
  • Experience in implementing overseas HR system projects is a plus.
