- Explore, experiment, and deploy emerging analytical/ AI techniques, including advanced techniques such as geospatial analytics for continuous business improvements and best practices to continuously keep abreast of the latest development in analytics
- Extract and analyse property and stamp duty data for policy reviews, research studies and solve business problems

- Prior experience in data analytics/mining, machine learning and AI area is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in SQL and Python is a must. Experience in SAS, R, PowerBI, etc. is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain technical solutions and actionable insights to the business users and partners
- Self-driven and motivated
- Ability to question, probe and analyse
- Resourceful and able to work independently in a team environment
- Chartered AI Engineer (CAIE) will be an added advantage
