Requirements:
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed.
- Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Review and process reimbursements
- Prepare budgets
- Maintain reports on financial metrics

Requirements:
- Min NITEC with at least 2 years of administrative experience.
- Prefer candidate who has some finance experience.
