Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing and executing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labour laws. The role requires a proactive individual who can support the HR department in achieving organizational goals while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and induction programs.
2. Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee grievances and resolving conflicts.
Promote employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
3. Performance Management:
Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Track employee performance and provide support in identifying training and development needs.
Maintain and update employee records related to performance evaluations.
4. Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance employee skills.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
5. HR Policies and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Update and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with organizational and legal requirements.
Handle documentation related to employee contracts, leaves, and benefits.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries.
Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
7. HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Handle exit formalities, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
8. Other Duties:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director.
Qualifications and Skills:
Postgraduate diploma and above in Human Resource Management
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Executive or similar position.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Infrotech software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
