General Description
Responsible for the overall stockpile in the warehouse and ensuring that goods received are in good condition and correspond with the correct paperwork to ensure accurate stocks/records are held.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive and inspect all incoming stocks and reconcile with purchase orders
• Ensure goods are stored properly and in order within the respective locations of warehouse and keep quality standards high for audits
• Labelling of stocks in inventory
• Picking goods from shelves and recording their movements and ensuring earliest goods are utilized first from inventory
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping and optimize space utilization
• Compliance with safety procedures and health & safety
• Any other job-related ad-hoc duties / projects as assigned by Management
Job Requirements
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Requirements to handle heavy goods / equipments
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Qualifications
• Secondary / Certification / Nitec or equivalent
