Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:Role and Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support and centralised coordination for Sport Centre Ops in supporting key initiatives and providing analysis of incident reporting and coordination. • Supporting the Team Lead in directing and channelling ops resources to response, mitigate and restore sport center operations, to provide stability and recovery to business normality • Adopting technologies and software to collect, process, and display information relevant to the operations they are overseeing and collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including zonal leads, sport centre management, to ensure effective communication and coordination. • Support the Team Lead in monitoring the impact of changes to regulatory standards and industry norms, to anticipate internal factors, external risks, and critical factors of business to achieve operational efficiency & excellence through efficacy of venue readiness, increase labour productivity through innovation and business process review. • Management of the ActiveSG Hub & monitor the daily operations of the ActiveSG sport facilities upon activation (e.g. GetActive Command Post)What we are looking for:Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and a champion for organizational transformation through data.
