Enabling global flight, with passion.Workshop Team Leader/SupervisorIn order to reinforce the MRO team in Singapore we are currently recruiting for aAs a Team Leader Workshop at Jet Aviation you will be working as part of a dedicated workshop team and supervise the assigned team while successfully carrying out a variety of tasks in the workshop in accordance with Jet Aviation procedures and aviation regulations. You will be operating under the Jet Aviation Part 145 approval, the Jet Aviation Health and Safety policy, customer requests and other airworthiness requirements.Description/Tasks:— Supervise Technicians and Certifying Workshop Technicians in the execution of workshop and cabin installation projects to achieve budget, safety, quality and on-time delivery targets— Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to ensure efficient and effective project execution— Prepare and maintain records of completed workshop work— Maintain current knowledge of all applicable procedures and safety measures Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics networkQualification/Experience:o Job relevant vocational training/ technical apprenticeship or equivalent work experienceo 4-7 years of relevant work experienceo Good knowledge of functional processes and procedures in functional areao Ability to informally instruct, train, and share knowledgeo Ability to act as an apprentice trainer or responsible for traineeshipso Strong communication skills and service-orientationo Demonstrated budget and schedule experience and knowledgeo Demonstrated basic project management knowledge and experience (incl. cost and time control)Good level of English minimum B1 level (B2 preferred) / must be able to read and understand maintenance tasks in English manualsJet Aviation AG
