**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a reliable and organised Driver & Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory, packing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Additionally, the role involves assisting with pick-up and drop-off tasks. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Assist in organizing and storing goods in the warehouse.

2. Order Fulfillment:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all orders are prepared according to company standards.
- Label and prepare packages for delivery.

3. Delivery Operations:
- Safely transport goods to customers or designated locations using the company vehicle.
- Plan delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Assist in pick-up and drop-off tasks as required.

4. Warehouse Assistance:
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist in receiving and unloading incoming goods.
- Support other warehouse duties as needed.

5. Vehicle Maintenance:
- Ensure the company vehicle is kept in good working condition.
- Perform basic maintenance checks (e.g., fuel, oil, tires) and report any issues.

Requirements:
- Valid Class 3/4 Singapore driving license with a clean driving record.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic regulations is a plus.
