Make an Impact by:
  • Lead the strategic planning process for International Digital Services ( IDS) alignment with the Group's corporate planning processes. This includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to craft and deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), management and board updates
  • Design business performance management infrastructure, including reviewing metrics and reporting cadence to ensure effectiveness (e.g. financial reviews).
  • Build broad networks across the organization via the business planning function / community to ensure timely and accurate reporting, surfacing challenges, and providing upskilling in critical skillsets such as executive communications, data visualization, problem solving.
  • Track performance of key initiatives such as cost and productivity.

1) Advance Business Performance
• Set annual objectives, quarterly milestones, and drive strategy and operational excellence.
• Define success metrics and KPIs to track effectiveness of initiatives / program impact.

• Align the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and identify improvement opportunities within the business

• Seek and bring in external best practices, including conducting research, testing emerging ideas and technologies, to identify effective strategies and solutions to achieve transformation objectives.

2) Drive Strategic Initiatives
• Conduct data-driven business analytics to support and make recommendations on strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence priorities, work alongside business unit teams to ensure priorities are met. • Escalate & frame issues to resolve on transformation priorities.
• Pilot and scale key productivity improvement initiatives for Singtel Singapore.

3) Lead Change Management
• Lead change management process including regular pulse surveys
• Works across teams to communicate business agenda on behalf of the CEO office

Skills for Success:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or Electrical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Good knowledge of telecommunications services and transformation plans
  • Relevant experience working in Tech corporations or MNCs
  • Competent and experienced in corporate strategy development and business planning.
  • Deep experience with analytical problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformations covering multiple workstreams including organisation, IT, capex, and change management.
  • Understanding of survey methodologies & analyses using dashboards.
