- Develop, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, graphics, etc.) for various e-marketplaces and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Xiao Hong Shu and TikTok etc.
- Plan, coordinate, execute and host daily live streaming on Shopee, Tiktok, META and other platforms as assigned.
- Preferably able to provide health talks for offline events, or record videos related to health talks for social media, if any.
- Conduct product training
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with the audience in a timely and authentic manner to build a strong community and enhance brand loyalty.
- Track, analyze, and report on content performance and live streaming metrics to continuously optimize and improve strategies.
- Account / Client Relationship Management to strengthen relationship with clients through periodic business reviews and activity updates.
- Manage a pool of part-time or ad-hoc content creators and live streamers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Undergraduate students from local polytechnics or tertiary institutions who are available to commit to a full-time internship for a duration of at least 3 to 6 months.
- Experience in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Live, Instagram Live, YouTube Live).
- Interest in visual storytelling skills & on-camera presence with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Knowledge in using video editing software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
