Reporting to the F&B Director, the General Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 50-60 floor staff, maintaining high service standards, and driving operational excellence.Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless service and efficiency.
  • Service Standards: Uphold and implement high hospitality and customer service standards to enhance guest experience.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and develop a team of 50-60 front-of-house staff, fostering a strong service culture.
  • Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth, control costs, and manage budgets to optimize profitability.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure an exceptional dining experience, handling customer feedback and maintaining brand reputation.
