...about the jobOur client is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of their fusion concept restaurant and bar. Reporting to the F&B Director, the General Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 50-60 floor staff, maintaining high service standards, and driving operational excellence.Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless service and efficiency.
  • Service Standards: Uphold and implement high hospitality and customer service standards to enhance guest experience.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and develop a team of 50-60 front-of-house staff, fostering a strong service culture.
  • Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth, control costs, and manage budgets to optimize profitability.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure an exceptional dining experience, handling customer feedback and maintaining brand reputation.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen, marketing, and senior leadership teams to achieve business goals.
skills and experience required
  • 8-10 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 3-5 years in a General Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in managing high-volume lifestyle or fusion concept restaurants.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading large teams.
  • In-depth understanding of restaurant and bar operations, cost control, and service excellence.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
