What the role is:Estate Executive (Branch Maintenance)What you will be working on:You will be a member of the facilities management team to manage the routine and cyclical maintenance programme of HDB Branches. As an HDB Estate Executive, you will support the Manager to - Oversee the appointed Managing Agent (MA)and term contractors and ensure all Branch offices are well maintained according to requirements - Establish and monitor performance standards of MA and ensure quality services standards are met - Manage A&A and other minor building projects - Supervise all term contractors and ensure that they deliver the contractual level of standard delivery - Manage preventive and routine maintenance work schedule to ensure effective execution - Liaise with service providers, contractors and building management personnel on breakdown and preventive maintenance of the offices - Co-ordinate with professional consultants, contractors, various authorities to implement construction, office renovation and upgrading projects, including budgeting and scheduling of worksWhat we are looking for:We are looking for a candidate who has the relevant technical background and/or experience in facilities management and possesses the following abilities: - effective communication and writing skills - the ability to work independently - confident and meticulous, and - a willingness to learn Successful candidate will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
