If you are excited about crystals, holistic healing, and customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Welcome and assist walk-in customers, providing a memorable shopping experience. Share the benefits of crystal healing and guide customers in choosing the right crystal & amulet jewellery for their needs.
Product Knowledge: Educate customers on the properties of different crystals and how they can support well-being, energy healing, and personal growth.
Visual Merchandising: Help maintain an aesthetically pleasing and organized store environment. Assist in the setup and display of jewellery, ensuring the store is always visually appealing and inviting.
Jewellery Production Assistance: Support the jewellery production process, from crafting to packaging, ensuring quality control.
Inventory Management: Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries, organizing stock, and tracking inventory.
POS System Management: Operate the POS system for transactions, handle cash and card payments, and ensure the smooth processing of sales.

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about crystals, jewellery, and holistic healing.
  • Retail or customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of crystal healing properties (or a willingness to learn).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.
