  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you ready to be part of something new? I’m working with a global quant investment manager who’s building something rather special - a brand new systematic equities team in an established player in the market, and they’re looking for researchers who want to be there from the ground up.

What makes this different? This isn’t about joining an established team with rigid frameworks and legacy systems. You’ll be part of a collaborative group that’s building something from scratch - developing new strategies, exploring fresh approaches to portfolio construction, and having real input into the direction of the team. The freedom to innovate here is pretty exceptional!

What will you be doing? You’ll be diving deep into equity market dynamics, working with diverse datasets to uncover trading opportunities that others might miss. Think market microstructure, signal processing, and portfolio construction - but with the freedom to explore new ideas and approaches.

Who are they looking for?

You’ll need a strong quantitative background (think Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or similar) and real experience in systematic equity strategies.

You should be comfortable with at least one of Python, R, Matlab, C++ or C#, and have a solid understanding of equity market dynamics - particularly around slippage, market access, and pattern recognition.

Most importantly, you’ll need to show a track record of delivering successful systematic strategies; this isn’t a learning role - it’s for someone who wants to step up and help shape something new.
