We are looking for a dedicated talent sourcing specialist to play a key role in identifying, engaging, and building relationships with high-quality candidates. In this role, you will leverage various sourcing strategies, collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, and drive talent pipeline initiatives.   • Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, networking, social media, etc to identify and connect with potential candidates for current or future job openings.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline including both active and passive candidates.
  • Proactively reach out to qualified candidates through direct outreach, cold emails, and phone calls.
2. Screening and Qualifying Candidates:
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Review resumes, profiles, and applications to shortlist candidates for recruiters.
  • Verify that candidates meet essential requirements before advancing them to the recruitment team.
3. Collaboration with Recruitment Teams:
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team culture.
  • Provide regular updates to the recruitment teams on candidate progress, challenges, and pipeline status.
  • Participate in developing candidate profiles and job specifications for specific roles.
4. Brand Advocacy and Candidate Engagement:
  • Act as a positive ambassador for the company, promoting our employer branding to attract top talent.
  • Engage with candidates to build and nurture relationships, ensuring they remain engaged and excited throughout the hiring process.
  • Keep candidates informed about the recruitment process, next steps, and timelines.
5. Database and Pipeline Management:
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of candidates and contact information.
  • Ensure proper documentation of sourcing activity for future reference and reporting.
6. Project management:
  • Manage key projects such as confidential succession planning, Board Succession, working directly with senior stakeholders independently.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
  • Extensive talent sourcing experience; prior experience in research in search firms, managing clients and working directly with senior level candidates.
  • Ability to handle sensitive leadership searches with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, knowledge of talent landscapes and network in the market.
  • Curiosity to understand the business, key people decisions and market news.
  • Track record of “can-do” and creative thinking in leading talent sourcing initiatives.
Previous experience and background
  • A Degree in any discipline and iHRP certification.
  • Minimum 12 years' experience in talent acquisition, executive search or leadership sourcing in in-house, search firms or employment agencies.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with C-suite executives, board members and senior business leaders.
  • Strong ability to engage, influence and negotiate with executive-level candidates.
  • Ability to promote and build a high-performance culture.
