We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our client dynamic team, where you will play a key role in driving growth and delivering impactful solutions. As an Applications Manager / Assistant Manager, you will support and lead the applications team in achieving both short-term and long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the applications team in providing technical expertise, pre-sales consultation, and marketing support across the Life Sciences and Clinical Research portfolio.
  • Oversee pre-sales and post-sales application support, including conducting on-site training sessions for customers.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to manage customer requests and deliver strategic problem-solving approaches.
  • Stay updated on product advancements and industry trends, facilitating internal training to ensure high levels of technical knowledge across relevant teams.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback on product performance, implementation, and areas for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers and key stakeholders, ensuring a customer-centric approach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences, Medical Technology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an applications or laboratory setting, with at least 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Solid technical background in Microbiology.
  • Experience in Clinical Research is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, with problem-solving abilities and customer-centric focus.
  • Quick learner, team player, and capable of working independently when required.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally (approximately 10% travel required).
