Your Role

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for DeFi products, from ideation and development to launch and iteration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user adoption.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the DeFi space.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business goals and user feedback.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment on product vision and strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for blockchain and DeFi products.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech industry, with a focus on DeFi products.
  • Deep understanding of decentralized finance concepts, including smart contracts, liquidity pools, yield farming, and decentralized exchanges (DEXs).
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
  • Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand blockchain technologies (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Layer 2 solutions).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, define KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Notion).
